Putt-Putt is a purple convertible and the titular main protagonist in the series of the same name, and the first of many characters created at Humongous Entertainment. Putt-Putt has starred in thirteen games: seven adventure games, two arcade games, and four activity games.

Interviewer: What did you do for the Putt-Putt Joins the Circus game?
David: The highlights were Sebastian the juggling seal (an Ed Wynn-influenced voice) and Hank the Security car (who I based on Jimmy Stewart)
Interviewer: Not sure who those people are. Did the casting directors at Humongous ask for impressions?
David: They used them as a jumping-off point for the actors. If you came in with something better, they were open to it, which was cool.
